Assuming you're over 18, and you bring legal photo ID (e.g. a driver's license or passport), you shouldn't have a problem getting into the club. Just be sure you use the mid-block Kurfew entrance. If you happen to look/dress too "Straight," the security guards might try to point you towards the main, "Straight" entrance, at which you should firmly state that you are here for the gay Kurfew party!!!

As far as making friends, it should be easy to do at the club if you're fun, friendly and open-minded. Come up to people and talk! Dance! The key to meeting new people is to be bold and take a few chances. I bet a lot of NYC boys would love the chance to chat with a nice Texan, so come on up and we'll see you at Kurfew!
