Your message is full of contradictions which make it difficult to figure out what your real "problem" is. You want to know if you should bring up the fact that he visited the Kurfew website, but also say you'll "never ask" if he's gay or bi for fear of embarassment. You say you've grown up around many gay men and boys, yet you say you've never "faced this type of thing before.".

Those contradictions, your "affirmation" of your heterosexuality, and your tracking of this boy's website visits only leads me to wonder if there are much deeper issues at hand than those you are bringing up.

But to get to the question at hand:

If this boy was watching your home while you were away, and visited the Kurfew website...big deal! It's relevant only if you, as his employer, have a policy against using your computer while you are away, in which case you could fire him, or remind him not to use the computer. To otherwise ask him why he visited a particular site would be viewed as an invasion of his privacy.
