What do I say to my gay household help

Alright Jeff, This is my problem, I am in my late 30's and I have a young man (16) I hire to do work around the house. I trust him and he trust me to be there for him. I asume he is gay or Bi, don't know and will never ask for the fear of embarrasment. But I found this website on my computer after being away and only he has a key to watch my pets. So I know he was here at this site and that is ok with me. I have always told him to be up front with me and I will respect whatever he does. Should I bring this up or keep it to my self. A person's sexuality is not a joking matter. I am very gay friendly and have gay friends. I have lived in Key West and DC and grew up around many gay men and boys. I am not gay and I want him to know that, but what I need to know, do I encourage him if I ask him about this. I quess you know what I should do or I hope you can understand what I am saying. I have never faced this type of thing before with someone younger than I.
One more thing (off the record) I think what you do here is a very positive step towards life and growing up for everyone.
