I disagree with Jeff on this one. I don't think much harm can come from telling this guy how you feel as long as you don't purue him agressively. Sure, no one likes to have the person they are dating being pursued by another, but come on now, all is fair in love and war. Maybe this guy is unhappy in his relationship but has low self esteem and doesn't know he has options. I am a movie nut, and I have to say that all of my favorite love stories involve people interfering with pre-existing relationships, so it can't be all wrong! In all likeliness, this guy probably is happy in his relationship and it will be necessary for you to back off, but still I doesn't hurt to say something.
