The boy has a boyfriend...what to do?

I recently asked a question on here and got a straight forward answere. I am glad you guys are here to help! I asked a question on weather or not to tell someone I liked them. Well ok let me just say this kid has a boyfriend that he clames he loves a lot. Well me and this kid became friends and everything! We started hanging out and everything was cool! It started out just hanging, and it kinda developed into kissing and alittle fooling around. I dunno what to do! It was kinda wrong for me to fool around with him but I was living in the moment and didn't know what to do. It basically just stopped right after it started and he just kinda left me there hanging. I dunno should I tell this kid I like him or just play it out and hope things eventually work out. HELP
