If you have given the older guy that you are living with the impression that you love him than you ought to tell him the truth. He deserves that. I don't think he will kick you out for being honest. If you feel that the relationship isn't good for you though (i.e. you want to find love) then you need to get out of this relationship before you find your next one. Rebound relationships aren't infamously bad for no reason. It is wrong to string someone along until "something better comes along". Talk to your boyfriend about these things. He may understand better than you think.
