The two most likely possibilities are:

(1) He's truly bisexual, rather than gay, and is expressing his sexual interest in you.
(2) He's flirtation is just in jest or for fun and you may be interpreting it as more because of your interest in him.

The best way to find out? Why not ask? Since you mention that he has a boyfriend, I would avoid getting involved with him should Case #1 be true, if only because I don't believe in breaking up anyone's relationship. Unless, of course, the two partners have an agreement on an open type of relationship.

And you might be surprised to learn that Case #2 might be what's going on. Some people have a naturally "flirtateous" demeanor, Personally, I often flirt with girls and straight guys, because it's fun, friendly, and a great way to be sociable. To me it doesn't represent sexual interest, although certainly others have interpreted it differently.

So ask him what his deal is and see where it goes from there!
