I am falling in love with a HIV Pos man

I need to know what to do..... I am 22 years old and I have fallen in love with a guy who just about 1 month ago told me he is HIV Pos. My feeling for him have not changed, but they have gotten stronger. I am scared, but I don't know how to talk to him about it. I guess the question I have is how do you tell some one that you love that you will stand by them but I am scared of losing him and every thing else around me.....
