Straight girl falling for gay girl friend...

I am totally confused right now and need help figuring things out. I am classified as a straight female and have even been married, but recently I found myself falling hard for one of my gay girl friends. I told her my feelings, and she confessed feelings for me as well. Now we kind of have this thing going, but she is hesitant to be with me cause supposedly I'm straight, buy how can I be if like being with her so much and feel very comfortable in doing so. Help!
