I'm glad to hear your story and thank you for writing in to inspire others!

I always told myself when I was younger and miserable, that should I ever reach a point that I wanted to take my own life, I would simply buy a train ticket and just start a new life somehwere else in the world. It's a good philosophy if only because it recognizes that there are many ways to change and improve one's life if one isn't happy...the key is to take charge, as you are doing.
