How do I get rid of an ex!?

Okay, i have a problem with my ex's. In the past year, I have been in 5 relationships, and am now in my 6th. My problem is that 2 of those ex boyfriends, both of whom I was with for 4 and a half months, will not leave me alone. One kept bothering me 6 months after I broke up with him, and I pray I finally got rid of him. I broke up with the second one around 2 months ago, and I made it clear that I did not want to talk to him, yet he repeatedly tries talking to me, and when he can't, bothers my friends, telling them how much he misses me, that he started using drugs because I broke up with him, etc. Basically, anything he can to make me feel bad for him. He's even called my house and talked to my parents about trying to get us back together! My question is, how do I get rid of this jerk!? He cheated on me, and I made it clear when I told him it was over, that I did not want to see him again, or hear from him again. I don't respond to his e-mails, I don't show him any interest at all, yet he keeps bothering me! I've been as mean to him, to get him to leave me alone, as I can, but it just doesn't work. Is there anything you know of that I can do to get rid of him?
