Down Under Problem!

Hi Guys, just like to say that I'm loking forward to coming to Kurfew sometime, but seeing that i live in Australia that might be a bit hard!

Anyway my question. I know that I'm Bi, but i have found it quite difficult to be so at some stages. Like recently i went out to tea with my girlfriend and had a great time, but then the next day i got a phone call from my ex-boyfriend telling me he is in town and whats to "catch up" (you can guess what that mean) soon!

Now here's the problem me girlfriend was over my house and suddenly my ex turned up,(they both know that I'm Bi) and the two of them got in a huge fight which ended with them both leaving! Its been just under a month and i still cant get in contact with either of them. I feel so separated because i love both of them. What should i do i've never been in this situation before?
