Hey there spunky.

First word of advice, try to keep your eyes from wandering in the locker room! This guy doesn't seem like he had a problem with it, but you never know. People have gotten killed over less. That being said, I think that it sounds like you are on a good road so far. Maybe the first guy seems unattainable because of his popularity, but it seems like you have developed some sort of rapport with the second guy. Just keep things up with him and give him subtle way to let him know you are interested. Don't push to much though, you don't want to make him uncomfortable if he isn't gay.

Concerning you parents, it is unfortunate that they won't listen to you and they use your youth as a way to control you, but if you do feel that you need to talk to an adult, I think your neighbors are a very good idea. Maybe if you see them outside sometime you can explain to them that you want to talk to them and see if they could arrange a time. Good Luck,
