I'm not sure exactly what your question is so I will try to just comment on your situation in general. If you are really up to meet this girl, then get decked out and go to Kurfew...you're meeting her at a pretty crowded place so I don't see much of a problem there. Going somewhere for the first time by ones self can be quite intimidating, but no one will likely notice, and I will probably be there and you could always come talk to me. That being said however, I am not sure how eager I would be to meet someone who was setting ultimatums for me. I know you said you are a chicken, but even for the biggest chicken, you shouldn't ever trust someone who tries to manipulate you into doing something you aren't comfortably with. Obviously you are meeting this girl with at least some romantic (or exploratory)interests...is this really the kind of girl you want to get involved with?
