Don't know what to do, help

I was curious about meeting a girl and maybe seeing what happens,(I myself am a female also) but I am a bit chicken =). The problem is that I have been talking to this girl online for a couple of months, and for one reason or another we haven't met, she is tired of talking and wants to meet me. In her last email she gave me an ultimatum if i don't meet her by 2 weeks ( in kurfew) she won't talk to me again. I am interested, but nervous.
I don't know what to do? Plus i never been to Kufew in NYC and thats the only place she is willing to meet me. If you could help me out I would appreciate it.
