In Answer To: How many girls have had same-sex experiences? (Nathan)

Hey Nathan,

In taking on the responsibility of running this column I have made a promise to answer all the questions of my readers to the best of my knowledge. So, contrary to your belief i'll answer your question unbiased.
According to my human sexuality text approx. 16% of women act out same sex experiences, and of those experiences 73% were during teenage and college years. It also said that approx. 79% of women fantasize about having a same sex encounter. So it seems to me that most women are in fact attracted to women whether they choose to act on the attraction is left solely on the woman.
FYI it is a well-known fact that as children the first person we "fall in love" with is most commonly our same sex parent, and our first physical encounters are usually acted out with a same sex friend or relative. Not to mention that women are the epitome of sex, and as women you admire the beauty of other women. So it is completely common to be attracted to someone of the same sex, again whether it goes any further is the females choice.
