Dear I dunno,

Lighten up confused! Just because you dreamed and fantasized about some girl you went to school with doesn't mean you're bi-sexual!!! Sorry to disappoint you, but almost everyone dreams about same sex encounters at one time or another. Straight people even fantasize about same sex lovers during masturbation without meaning that they're bisexual. In short, I say don't jump to calling yourself bisexual because of fantasies and dreams. Relax with the usage of labels! If down the road you find yourself physically attracted to a girl (in the real world...not in a dream) and you choose to act on those feelings, you can worry about "reclassifying" yourself when the time comes, although most of us like to live without labels!
