Human sexuality is an amazing and wonderful thing, and there are no simple answers. While there are many 15 year olds who can confidently declare their sexuality (either straight or lesbian), there are millions of others like yourself who find that they just can't figure out where to place themselves.

My advice is to free yourself of the burden of worrying about your sexuality. The only "problem" with being bisexual or lesbian is the problem that close-minded people have with accepting the diversity of human sexuality. Yes, some might talk behind your back, or might think differently of you, but homophobia, like racism and sexism will probably always exists in some form or another.

Time and time again, people will refer to the point that they accepted themselves fully, regardless of their sexual orientation, as the turning point in living happier, more fulfilled lives.

Only you can decide how you want to categorize yourself. Your sexual fantasies and thoughts are the best way to judge "where you stand," although some people choose not to categorize themselves at all, which I think is wonderful! The sad fact is, that there are a far greater number of bisexual and lesbian women than will admit it.

My advice to you: Give youself the time to sort out your own sexual feelings. Remind yourself that there's no rush, and take comfort in the fact that whatever your feelings, they are normal, and you are normal. Block out the negative thoughts and beliefs of those who just simply cannot accept the normal diversity of human sexuality. Accept yourself and rise above the hateful expressions of those who like to divide and you will be a better and happier person for it.
