First of all, there is no law that says you must label yourself "gay" "straight" or "bisexual." With that said, nearly everyone DOES label themselves, so here's the basic test:

(1) If you get sexually aroused while thinking about the same sex, you are probably "gay"
(2) If you get sexually arounsed while thinking about the opposite sex, you are probably "straight"
(3) If you are sexually aroused to both sexes, you are probably "bisexual."
