Step 1 would be to talk things over with your boyfriend. Be open and honest and let him know that you feel he seems to be more interested in sex than in loving you. Tell him this must change or the relationship cannot endure.

If that doesn't work, there comes the time to realize that relationships are experiments in compatibility. Not every one of them is destined to work out for both people. And when they don't work it, as sounds to be in your case, you need to move on and try to find a relationship that is more compatible with your goals, feelings, etc.

I don't know how difficult it is to find other gay people in Cairo, but unless your current boyfriend can start giving you the love that you need, it's silly to remain as his "sex toy." Move on and try to find someone who shares your dreams of true love.
