Can it work?

I am a straight female who fell in love with a boy. When he told me he was gay I was crushed, but now I've found out that he's bi. We're now in a relationship and I know he loves me, and I know that theres a great chance that in the future he may want to be with guys, but I might also want to be with other guys too. We've talked about it and I understand that it's hard for him be with me when it's been guys for so long. But isn't it about finding one person and making it work? I dont want to hurt myself through this. Any advice?
