He's got a man...

Ok, I met this guy at a party, he is WONDERFUL...I find him so adorable as far as personality, sweetness, and attitude towards life. We seemed to hit it off well also, but, he has a man, or should I say boy. His boyfriend is 15 yo, and is nice, but is unfaithful, clingy, and immature. I want to say something to him bc he fits my "type" status. Im really at ends as what to do about this situation... let it go, and miss the opportunity or act on it and possibly ruin a friendship that could be great? I would GREATLY appreciate ur help.
