It is pretty difficult to meet gay guys without outing yourself. I guess you could go the whole internet route and try to arrange random secret encounters, but the chances of that leading to anything fulfilling are pretty slim. You can't expect someone to care for you if you don't care for and love yourself. If you are really interested in meeting people, be proud of who you are, go out and meet people as yourself!
