What is a boy scout to do???

Ok I go to a really small private school in Jersey and if something happens everyone knows. i am gay, I know it, but no one else does. plus I am a boy scout and they don't let gay in the troop and I want to stay in because colleges look for ##### like that. Also I can't have a realationship with anyone. How can I find a guy that is gay? SOOOOO much trouble. I also don't know what my parants will think when I come out so should I tell them, or just keep it to a friend. This really #####s
