It's great that you had a positive experience with coming out to your 10 friends. Being "Out" doesn't mean that you need to go out of your way to tell your friends, unless you feel it's particularly important that you do so. If you're feeling confident enough to do it, and think you'd feel better by doing it, then by all means, let them know.

Another way to "come out" to your other friend, without explicitly telling them, is to just stop hiding it. So, for example, the next time a topic comes up relating to dating, you might say, "Oh, I don't know if I told you, but I'm gay." The point here is that gay people, even "out" gay people, aren't obliged to tell their sexuality to everyone, just as straight people aren't. And it would be healthy if everyone just assumes that a particular individual might be straight, or gay! GOOD LUCK!
