Ok guys. Here is the deal. I was dating a guy whom I really cared about for a little over a month and recently found out that he was seeing my roommate for three days prior to us breaking up. This whole situation has turned me into a complete wreak. I have been unable to sleep, eat or concentrate for 3 days now and have broken down a few times. I have to see my roommate every day and see my ex almost as often around campus. This is tearing me apart. How can I cope better and get over this whole mess?
