Well, you could of course wait around for your area to have something for local gay teens, or you could start one yourself. One of the biggest obstacles in doing something like this is lack of support, but you claim to have a lot of gay/bi students at your school...why don't you start a gay/bi/gay friendly group in your school and community where you can set up different events? You can research on the internet other schools that have similar alliance clubs and get some ideas to get you started.
