i'm in love with my best friend

i don't know where to begin but here it goes. i'm in love with my friend, who's a girl, and i'm a guy and i know i'm gay but i can't stop thinking about her. she knows i'm gay but when she tells me what guys she likes i get so jealous, especially if she tells me if she's doing "stuff" with them. i love her in every other way except the physical aspect which is kinda difficult for me. hehe but sometimes i think i can learn to love her that way. i mean i can rub up against a tree and still get a hard on. i mean i don't really buy into the whole "bi" thing but sometimes i fantisise about kissing her and performing oral sex on her. should i let her know that i like her? if i do things might get weird.
any advice?
