British Guy In New York?????

Hi, Im on my way to the States at the beginning of next year... but reading the Aussie lads problem, it made me think. I don't wanna label everyone the same, but knowing that the Americans aren't really too kean on the Brits, is it gonna affect my chances of having a good time on the scene, as I know what the gay scene here is like, and if you're different, you're not as readily accepted.... I dont really wanna be labeled as the "Anne Robinson" of the New York Gay scene!? Is it worth me coming, if only for the shopping??!?
