Hey I am applying to NYU and I have good grades (4.0), 1300 SAT and I was wondering if letting the school know through an essay or other form that I am gay could give me a better chance at getting accepted. I have heard that the people they want are unique and need characteristics that set them apart from others. So what do you think...
