Hey guys,

I thought I'd update the original post, as some "things" have happened since then.

Well, at the time of the original posting, I was completely down and probably depressed and unsure of what to do next.

Ye made a point about not skipping the country, as your problems would probably follow you, and I think that's very true.
I guess everything had gone right over my head then, and an escape of some kind was apparently called for. But since i was so stressed I clearly wasnt thinking straight!

I damaged a few friendships as well with my bad moods, and it was then that I knew that I had to change the way I was doing things, etc.

I learned how to really talk about how i felt in counselling, and let go of some things as well, including being so hard on myself all the time.
I repaired the friendships i had messed up, and these days i can relax, and then figure out how i feel really easily.

I joined a mailing list in a group on MSN as well.
The site promotes safer sex through frottage, as opposed to anal sex practices.
It's such a natural and safe alternative to anal, and I plug the site whenever I can.
What's really surprising, is the sheer amount of "straight" guys who are sometimes married even, who have tried or are fascinated by this safer alternative!

Anyone who wants more info, can go to:

www.heroichomosex.com

It really helped me a lot to accept myself, as I've known my whole gay life, that anal is not what I wanted at all, but never knew that so many other guys, and plenty not even gay, are very much into this far better alternative. (frottage)

I took Brent's advice as well, and made loads of penpals, and they really do help to make ya feel better on some days, not just that, but it's also great to be able to talk with guys your own age and discuss things, etc.

So, even though I am no closer to meeting anyone, i enjoy everyday life a lot more these days than ever before. It's still tough, but it doesnt get over my head anymore.
And i consider that a victory for me anyway!

See ya guys,

Gus
