Some much needed advice....

Hey, thought I might throw a question at you guys. The advice you give is really truthfull and honest, hope you can help me out. I'm 18, gay and a very outgoing person. No one knows about my sexuality and I really don't care if they know or not. I don't hide or flaunt it, or act feminine. I work with this guy who is really great and cute and I have done everything to flirt and have him aknowledge my interest. He plays along and isn't even bothered by my oncomings. I do pretty much everything but jump him, hehe. I have no idea how else to show my interest without blurting out "I WANT YOU!", keep in mind that we both take care of kids. He has had one g/f before but besides that I don't see any intense interest in girls. What should I do? I tried to bring him to a party once but he was unable to, thinking I could get him drunk enough to see if he had any interest (LOL I know I know). Well, thanks for listening. Take care. Ciao.
