Was my laughing too big a slip up?

Hey Hey!
OK, here's my dillema. I was dating this guy Sean (not his real name) for about a month, and we were definitely taking it slowly. He was really smart and really good looking and we were both happy with the relationship. For our "one monther" we decided to go to the next step. We started making out,and then we started undressing each other. He undressed me, and then when I undressed him and saw his penis...I accidentally laughed!!! I couldn't help but help at his "lack-of". It was not what I expected. I really don't care though, I still love him. However, he got #####ED! He stormed out of my car and started cursing at me and said we were through. My question is...was my laughing too big of a f-up, or is there any way I can salvage this. I explained that it did not matter at all to me (and it really does not!!), and that I did not mean to laugh, but he was having none of it. Any advice would help. Peace.
