Hmmm...is it a problem that you're getting "special" treatment???

Why not enjoy it?!?

Ok, here's the interesting point: Homosexual feelings are not limited exclusively to guys who identify themselves as "gay." In a recent Time Magazine article, 17% of American high school students identified themselves as "gay" or "bisexual." And these are just people who self-identify as such. There are countless others who prefer to lead perfectly "straight male" lives and can more easily ignore or suppress the subtle homosexual feelings they may have.

The result of this, is that many guys encounter situations where straight guys appear flirtateous or sexually interested. This is particularly true when inhibitions are suppressed, such as when people are drinking. There is also the possibility that some of these guys ARE indeed gay, but just not ready to "come out." Once again, lowered inhibitions may enable these boys to "temporarily" come out of the closet.

My advice: Relish the attention. Perhaps even selectively flirt back and see where things go in the case of someone you're particularly attracted to. But be forewarned: Any such involvemenet isn't likely to go far. Straight guys don't turn gay just as gay guys don't turn straight. And super-closed gay guys will be just as unlikely to embrace a gay relationship. Any encounter is likely to be just that: an encounter. For a fulfilling relationhip, look for other bonafide gay guys, or bisexual guys who want a solid relationship with another guy.

Good luck!
