To answer your question about whether you are gay, you provided your own answer: You find yourself attracted to boys, yet you also have an attraction to a girl at your school. This suggests that you, like many others, are bisexual. If your attraction is primarily aimed towards other males, you may want to consider yourself gay...but remember, these are only labels. Some people prefer not to label themselves at all!!!

You should follow your gut feeling when it comes to your friend's behavior. You don't mention your age, so there is the possibility that your friend may simply be very young and sexually immature. But otherwise, I would assume it is a fairly safe bet to "tease him back." All of your responses to him do nothing but say, "I am NOT GAY!!!" so you certainly can't expect to get anywhere with that until you're willing to be a bit more forward and open yourself.

As far as the other guy who is "definitely not gay," I would say just leave it alone. Why torture yourself? Finally with regard to the girl, before you "make a move" on her, make up your mind who you want to pursue at this time. Either your male friend, or your female friend, but not both at the same time. That's just improper and rude. Bisexuality is not an excuse to date multiple people...it just refers to the range of persons that you are attracted to.
