How do I tell my friends I'm bisexual?

I am a Bisexual Teen living in Jersey. I will be turning 18 in about a month and will be going to college within a few months. I've recently told my friends about my bisexuality, needless to say they were not suprised. But now I have a huge obstacle to climb, and that is.. telling my other friends. Now, Q. How should I encounter my bestfriend who I like? I realize that they should accept me no matter what however I think they might not take it too well. Especially my best friend Fred--I want to tell him but I know he is the biggest homophobe around. And even with that, I want to be with him (in another aspect =o/) . He has a girlfriend of a year or so, but I still think he might be gay or bisexual or whatever, I just have a feeling. Can you give me advise as to what I should do about this situation? I would really appreciate the help..
