That depends how important you feel it is for them to know about you. If you're coming out to them in hope for acceptance and support, it doesn't sound like your preacher parents are the ones to give it to you. So, you might decide there's no valid point in coming out to them. But that's a decisino you have to make.
You said there's a high likelihood of losing your parents, so consider that strongly. If I were in your shoes, I'd plan on a super slow coming out process, maybe dropping hints over the course of 3 years. This gives them the time to hopefully grow, absorb the info and clues you're sending them, and maybe even begin the mind-opening process that might allow them to find compatibilities with your lesbianism and their religious beliefs.
