12 years old...how do I tell my mom???

Dear W,

First off, don't feel like you have

failed your mother because you
aren't good enough just because you
are bisexual. That doesn't matter at
all because if she loves you now then

it shouldn't change if you tell her

about your sexuality. Just some
advice from personal experience -

wait a few years to decide about
yourself - don't start telling people

because they may not believe you
and might say you are too young to

know. I thought I was bisexual at
your age but then I finally realized I
was gay when I was older and more
mature to make a decision like that.
So before telling her wait a while so

you can really be sure about your
sexuality. If you really want to know

how to go about coming out in the
future write back and I will try to

help you out. In the meantime, be
proud of who you are and know that

there are many other people

experiencing the exact same

feelings! Thanks for writing!
