Don't Worry - I Did the Same Thing

Dear Ben,

When I came out in 9th grade I told my friends I was bisexual also, but I was really gay. As time went on I told them maybe there is a chance I was gay and not bisexual. Instead of coming out it turned into an experiment with them because they wanted to know if I was going to be gay or stay bisexual, although I was really gay. Just lay it on them nonchalantly and refer to it in conversation and say you might be a little confused and maybe really gay. The maybe part will keep it from being permanent that you are gay and it will be easier for you to tell them.
