My Gay Story

Dear Buddies,
I am a 17 year old guy in N.C. I guess you could say that I am semi-out.
You know I have a few select friends that know mostly close girlfriends and
a few guys. I grew up on a farm and my dad is the classic "redneck" farmer
and my mom is a teacher and both are very conservative people as they both
were raised in the rural south. When I was 15 I was with my first guy, and
was totally in love with him. He was a jerk and I was basically used for 6
months and when he decided he didn't want to be with anymore I was
completely crushed. I was depressed and cryed all the time. My family was
worried and I decided it would be best to tell them my problem. Basically my
mom said I was damned to eternal night in the company of my fellow fags, my
dad didn't have alot to say but it was obvious our relationship would never
be the same. The hardest part was dealing with my sister. She was 12 at
the time she found out and was really upset. I think she still loved me but
hated to hear her friends ridicule me and see me the butt of alot of jokes.
Well the night is growing old and I have to go to sleep, if you guys want
to hear more of my story and it gets very interested as I am now the
cordinator of a hotline for gay teens in my county. But I would appreciate
a reply with some suggestions for meeting nice guys interested in more than
