Since your dad told you point-blank that basically those would be the last words you'd speak to him, this seems to be a person that it would be a BAD idea to come out to.

My advice: tell your mom, and tell her you trust her and love her but that you're afraid to tell your dad because of things he has said to you. Then leave it up to your mom to keep it from your dad...or hopefully, to slowly open his mind and enlighten him.

In the meantime, work on "coming out" to close friends...they can be your best allies and support!!!
