Should I tell my bf I'm bisexual?

Hey Dave i have a question for me, should i tell my best male friend that im bi. I think that he is bi or gay i just have a feeling but i have picked up to some things that make me think that he is. He seems to always sit close to me when there are other seats open and just that i find him looking at me sometimes and he just brushes up against me everyonce in a while. But theres a problem hes moving in a few months to europe so i dont no what to do. Should i tell him or not?
