New To Being Gay

I Just recenlty came to terms that i was gay or bi im still not sure all i know for sure is that im attracted to men A LOT. I only told one person which is my best friend stephanie, i havn't told anyone else because i dont know who i can trust and who i cant trust. I was looking at all these gay people and it seems like everythings the same either there skinny, toned, muscular, or average. And it seems like thats all they go out with and have sex with. I'm not fat or anything im chunky im 5 10 and 190lbs everyone says i carry it well i dont look fat but im not skinny toned average or muscular? Is what i am saying have any truth to it?
