OK, I don't understand why you would think that people under 18 wouldn't need ID to get into the party...that just doesn't make any sense to me whatsoever...but it made sense to you for one reason or another so I won't make and judgements. Here is the low down. You need to be 18 to enter the tunnel. This is why people 18 and over need ID. People under 18 do not need ID because they are not legally allowed inside. Hope that clears things up.
