how to tell my family i'm gay (candiBoi)
Since you've already surmised that you're parents don't have a problem with gay people, you are that much ahead of the game. In fact, the biggest hurdle most youths face is the scary prospect of being rejected by their own parents, or being the target of violence.
You should bear in mind that even in the most accepting of families, finding out that a son or daughter is gay can be a bit of a surprise, and make take time to settle in. You shouldn't necessarily expect being immediately embraced, unless your parents have had their suspicions about you, and have already planned for the day that you "come clean" with them.
Many people point to coming out to their families as one of the most important stages to building their own self-acceptance and happiness. If you fell you are ready to do it, and you sense no danger from your parents (i.e. danger of being thrown out of your house), I recommend you go for it.
Let them know this is something you were afraid to share with them because you were concerned about their reaction. But also let the know that you love them and felt it was important that they know the real you.
Lots of luck and let us know how it goes!
