Help me out on this guy!!!

Submitted By: Canuck Boy

Hey, I like to check this site out every now and then, and I like it to its' insightful and comprehensive nature.

I'm a 22 yr old university student, and I'm gay. I've come to terms with that, and though I'm closeted, I've been taking steps to be more comfortable (I don't exactly live in a gay paradise in my city). University really keeps me busy, and I'm taking 4 classes next semester and working two full-time jobs (with twice minimum wage pay). So, I don't worry too much about being gay, and my str8 best bud of 10 yrs knows I'm gay, but he's still cool and still love me (platonically), so I'm lucky to have a best bud like him.
Now, the question of concern I need your advice for: There's a guy in one of my classes, and he's a really neat guy. We like to hang out and have fun. The thing is, I like him a lot, and I'm attracted to him. We give each other backrubs and massages, and hugs each other. We've yet to even try kissing, because he doesn't seem to be comfortable with that, or appears hesitant. He told me he really likes me a lot, and I said the same to him.
I wish I would know for certain if he's gay, or bi (he makes a few comments about some girls once in a long while, but the comments sound half-hearted to me). I'm one who won't rush things, but I'm not exactly out to him. But it may have to come to have eventually, as I can trust him, and I know stuff about him I keep a tight lip on.
I would like to keep this friend, as it is not often you encounter tolerant people in certain parts of the world.

So, please give me some insight on this guy and dilemma!
