I Just Want A Sexual Relationsip

Hey Dave,
i am 15 and from England, and im pretty sure im gay. I have only ever had one homosexual encounter, and now i've found myself very turned on by my one of my best friends Josh. The problem is im not sure if he's gay, and even if he is how would i approach him in order to do anything? I have often thought that he might be gay, as he often rubs his leg against mine in class and sometimes even touches my leg, however he sometimes says people are fags etc, although this could just be because his older brother (18, straight) is very homophobic. I am very confused with the signals he is giving me, and a while ago i thought the problem had been solved when he stripped off to me over his webcam. Then the next week when i stayed at his house the signals were mixed again. Next time i stay over, what should i do? All im looking for is mutual masturbation or possibly oral ###. Help! im so frustrated!
