Well it is quite clear that your friend has no problem being naked, on top of, or around guys. Before I came out, I used to jump on my guy friends all the time at sleepovers or on my trampoline. I did it out of sexual frustration and just because I wanted to touch a guy. I am not saying that your friend will turn out like me, but there is a possibility that he is gay. But I never stripped down for my friends, well not in middle school! :)
