Well, I know you talk to this guy, try and see if you can maybe hang out after school or something. Maybe go to his house and do some homework. Get into things, develop and friendship and then see if it makes sense to tell him how you feel. You never know until you ask! You cant read minds or you wouldn't be asking for advise.
My advise: Try and hang out and see if it makes sense to ask him.
