Can gay friend turn straight???

Hi....for some time i have been with another teen friend. At first we started out j/o together and all that good stuff. We never kissed, we did and then he started telling me he wasn't gay. He said that it was just practice for a girl. I don't believe him though because we still fool with each other, and I can arose him. And wether he is gay or not i really love him, and I cant get him off my mind. What do u suggest i do?
